Welcome. I’m Marian.
Today, many job-seekers find themselves unemployed and understandably worry about their future. Having been there, let me share my story with you.
Just 2 weeks after finishing college, I landed an intermediate-level administrative role with a Canadian industry icon. Earning steady promotions, I was repeatedly praised for accurately completing projects with lightning-fast turnaround.
In my 10th year there, the world unexpectedly turned upside down for me; my services (along with 35 of my colleagues) were no longer required due to a merger. Crushed beyond belief, I thought: “I’ll never work again!”
This experience inspired me to partner with jobseekers, pull them out of their ruts, and give them hope… hence the birth of my resume-writing practice. That was in 1985.
How does my background qualify me to help you write your resume in the short term and ultimately shorten your job search?
Originally groomed for Executive Secretarial work, I wrote correspondence for some VERY discerning executives; that’s why my writing HAD to be top-notch.
I bring geek-level knowledge of English grammar, sentence structure, and spelling.
My typing speed is 127 wpm, allowing me to offer a 97% interview-capturing service – WHILE YOU WAIT!
